Dai Jones – Llandybie 7kw Vaillant Arotherm +

A spacious open planned two bedroom build with two en suites and one WC.

On this project we designed the system to work with under floor heating and a 200l unistore unvented cylinder for hot water demand.

A staple system was used on the ground floor with 60mm of liquid screed covering with pipes centred at 150 MM. The first floor required an overlay system using Luxusheat fibre cement board which is ideal for a heat pump due to its high thermal conductivity properties. With these products we achieved a flow temperature of 35°C resulting in low running costs and maximum comfort.
