Martin Ingram – Llandybie 7kw Vaillant Arotherm +

A three story, four bedroom new build in Llandybie with one bathroom and three en suite with a large open plan kitchen/diner with vaulted ceilings and large areas of glazing.

The challenge of the project was being able to heat such a large space whilst maintaining a low flow temperature for maximum efficiency. This was achieved by customising an underfloor heating system to suit. Working alongside other respected companies, we achieved this using the Ambisolo system and Thermioplus screed.

To achieve the heating and hot water demand, we installed a Vaillant 7 kW arotherm + With a 250 L unistore cylinder.

The client was happy to go on our advice on how best to control and use the central heating system and hot water. Using the Vaillant sensocomfort weather compensating control on a fully open loop system allowed us to design and install the most efficient system possible.
